Originally formed in 1989 as Simpson Finance, we enabled the delivery of a one-stop shopping experience for the customers of Simpson Motors in Barbados. Since 2010, Simpson Finance expanded regionally, adding operations in St Lucia, Jamaica and Trinidad.

In 2021, Simpson Finance Trinidad became E-Finance & Development, focused on serving the customers of Lifestyle Motors in Trinidad and Tobago as well as customers of Caribbean Automotive Retailers (Car Trinidad).
